Every order is shipped fully insured and must be signed for by an adult aged 21 or over, with valid photo ID, at the delivery address. We cannot leave a package unattended, and we cannot deliver to a PO box.

If no one is home, the carrier will make two further attempts before the order returns to our cellar.
